Responsibilities

We currently have a need for a Client Engineering Manager to manage MSP vendor and infrastructure projects.   The person will be responsible for the design and development of systems.  The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant work experience, Global Financial Services, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of managed service provider to maintain end user infrastructure.
  • Serve as a lead for any projects, proof of concepts or implementations.
  • Experience upgrading and managing Windows 10 upgrade and projects.
  • Manage devices with SCCM Patching tool.
  • Manage end user mobility with Mobi and/or Airwatch technologies.
  • Deploy Amazon Web Services Cloud infrastructure.
  • Architect and deploy Office 365.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • 10 years’ experience managing and working with various systems technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a Windows 10 Environment.
  • Mobility end user support with Mobi and/or Airwatch.
  • Experience in delivering services to customers with a track record of exceptional results.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally on all levels and through all mediums.
  • Ability to apply project management principles, processes and tools to effectively manage projects.
  • Very strong verbal and written communications.
