Responsibilities

We currently have a need for a Director of Service Delivery to manage projects and teams of engineering professionals.  Individual will successfully collaborate with our clients and provide oversight and guidance on the technical design.   

 

This position will be based in our Paramus, NJ and will be part of our Management team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review RFP’s and SOWs for projects relating to advanced technology, software defined networking, cloud and datacenter, security, wireless and communication.
  • Review engagement scope, expected timelines and interdependencies across various work streams
  • Ensures professional services team delivers engagements in a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in the hiring effort of all new Professional Services employees that are required to fulfill the engagements.
  • Provides technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements with their current network and ensuring proposed design will accomplish the client’s objectives.
  • Provide leadership and strategy on network and infrastructure technology architecture.
  • Ensure the process, policies and tools relating to financial, people and delivery management are in place and managed appropriately.
  • Manages partner relationships with various hardware vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • 10 -15 years’ experience in service delivery within the IT industry.
  • Professional services experience focused on delivery of technical engagements to large enterprise accounts in the healthcare, financial, pharmaceutical and retail industries.
  • Strategic Technology/Networking Architecture and Planning.
  • Knowledge across various technical landscapes (Voice, Wireless, Routing & Switching, Cloud, SDN)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee and support a variety of technical and project management resources.
  • Strong business background and understanding of financials, contracts and business processes.
