    We currently have a need for a Telecommunications Project Manager – Carrier Services supporting a Global Network Infrastructure environment.   The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant work experience in telecommunications management.  Previous Carrier Project Management experience is strongly preferred.



    • Project Manage the evaluation, recommendation, planning and installation of data, voice, and contact center solutions.
    • Reviewing, executing, and managing the preparation of RFP/RFI documents and the vendor selection process.
    • Providing status updates of all department projects to various business units and senior-level management.
    • Manage all service level agreements, price, response time, metrics tracking, reporting and other contract requirements.
    • Evaluating new products and vendors while staying current with industry developments, research, trends and technological advances.
    • Develop and implement global procurement strategies to achieve both one-time and annual reductions in spend while maintaining/improving customer service.
    • Manage the provisioning of all circuits and fiber connections.


    • 5 to 8 years’ experience in a large Telecom Carrier environment
    • Technical background in Voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, PBX, ACD’s, Voicemail)
    • Hands-on cross-functional team leadership experience, including customer-facing.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work autonomously with executives, managers and individual contributors at all levels.
    • Excellent leadership, management, communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution, team building and problem solving skills.
