    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Update existing controlled documents & KBA’s to reflect changes to operating model (Legacy Server, Patching, MSB Transformation)
    • Create new documents where required to cover identified gaps and new functionality areas

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated technical writing skills, preferably in a regulated environment
    • Ability to interview & obtain necessary information from key personnel & translate information into documentation
    • Able to use PDOCS environment and template for documentation.
    • Able to use proprietary PDOCS environment & template for documentation, reviews & approvals
    • Able to track status of documentation lifecycle and escalate when necessary
    • Able to perform within stated deadlines
    • Documentation requirements across all opportunity areas
    • Required new documents created, existing documents updated where appropriate
