    Responsibilities

    We currently have a need for a Corporate Technology Recruiter to work out of our Paramus, NJ office.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Account Management team to define open job requirements and recruit highly qualified individuals for areas such as Cisco network engineering, voice engineering, systems engineering, program management and project management
    • Source all candidates through Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc. as well as other networking tools (LinkedIn)
    • Full screening of technical candidates (including phone screening, face-to-face interviews, and administering technical skills tests)
    • Establish contacts with qualified candidates and build long-term relationships.
    • Preliminary salary negotiations

    Qualifications

    • Minimum three years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (experience with infrastructure, network, systems and project management)
    • Knowledge and experience in all sourcing techniques including internet job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling
    • Experience in screening, interviewing, closing candidates
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software, preferably iCIMS
    • Experience entering candidates into different candidate/ vendor management systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, Taleo, etc)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and recognizing the need for urgency
